At what time is the room available?
It is our pleasure to offer the room to our guests as soon as they arrive, according to availability. Room is anyway guaranteed by 2 p.m.
At what time must the room be left on check-out?
Room must be left by 12 a.m., except for particular requests for late check-out.
It is possible to deposit the baggage at the hotel?
Hotel is equipped with a wide baggage deposit for our guests. Service is free of charge.
At what time is breakfast served?
Breakfast is served from 7.00 a.m. till 10.00 a.m. Room service is available in the same hours with additional cost.
Has the hotel a parking?
Our hotel has not an internal parking; we have an agreement for our guests with two garages located within 500 meters from the hotel.
Which is your cancellation policy?
The room can be cancelled before noon of the same day of arrival without any fee. During fair periods the cancellation must be made 48 hours in advance.
Which credit cards are accepted?
We accept all most diffused credit cards, such us American Express, Visa, Master Card, Diners.

Do you have security devices?
Hotel has been recently renewed (year 2004) using all fireproof materials, imposed from the most recent fire prevention regulations. Rooms and common areas are equipped with fire sensors and fire cut doors. In case of fire alarm a loudspeaker in every room informs the customers about the procedures to leave the hotel, emergency lights in the corridors show the path to follow to reach the emergency exits.
Are animals allowed?
No, even the small size ones.
